To offer you peace of mind and an unforgettable stay, we have implemented the following procedures to adapt to our new reality.

Front Desk

  • We installed a Plexiglas on our front desk to welcome you with a smile in complete safety
  • An online pre-registration procedure is offered to increase limited contacts
  • A touch screen will allow us to make your registration safely and limiting the exchange of documents
  • Only credit card payments are authorized, our terminal is disinfected between each use



Each room is cleaned in three stages:

1 - Our usual cleaning which has proven itself and meets your high expectations

2 – A disinfection of high touch surfaces (switches, door handles and more)

3 – We use an electrostatic style gun to disinfect your entire room and then spray a layer of probiotics to deposit an additional layer of protection. This method is approved by Health Canada and used to disinfect CETAM ambulances and by the Canada Border Services Agency

  • Several additional items have been removed from the rooms and are available upon request when booking
  • It is possible at any time to get additional towels and welcome amenities outside your door
  • After completing our three steps, a seal is affixed to the door of your room to guarantee that no other visit has taken place between the cleaning and your arrival


Public Areas

  • Hand sanitizer stations have been added in strategic areas
  • Regular and thorough disinfections of common areas and high touch surfaces have been implemented
  • Use of elevators is restricted to members of the same reservation
  • Common spaces have been reorganized to respect social distancing
  • As per provincial law, guests are required to wear a mask in all common areas


Our Team

  • We check every day the health status of the entire team via a questionnaire and temperature measurement
  • Our team is required to wear a mask and a visor at all time when they are circulating in the hotel
  • All our team members have been trained in new cleaning procedures and barrier gestures
  • An emergency protocol has been implemented in the event of the appearance of symptoms by a member of our team or one of our guests

Your Stay

  • Our breakfast box made of local products is delivered every morning to your room
  • A set of reusable mask and disinfectant is available for purchase
  • We invite out guests with symptoms to postpone their stay
  • Our cancellation policy is flexible and adapted to our new reality
